Every one of our websites comes with complimentary support for one month after sign off. At the end of this period we would be happy to provide ongoing maintenance support for you, for which we have a number of options available.

Maintenance Packages
Yearly Maintenance Package
This is our most cost effective maintenance package, providing you with a full 12 months cover for an annual fee or monthly fee.

Monthly Maintenance Cover
Renewable on a month by month basis, our monthly maintenance package provides the same level of cover as our annual package but for a slightly higher fee. This offers a more flexible option than our annual cover for clients who don’t wish to purchase a Year’s cover from the outset and offers them the ability to cancel at the end of the current maintenance period, normally at the end of the current month.

Ad hoc Maintenance Cover
Our ad hoc cover is designed to suit clients who do not have a current maintenance contract in place with us and in some ways is akin to a call out charge for a plumber or electrician.
Ad hoc cover includes a call out fee and an hourly charge for our services and can work out to be an expensive option when compared to our other maintenance packages.
Legacy Website Maintenance
Legacy websites are those not designed and built by QTSoftware. We can provide maintenance cover for legacy sites in some cases if it is a technology that we support. Legacy site maintenance is only available on an annual basis.
